Brews & Glaze began as a passion project rooted in Brooklyn, a place where my journey led me after always wanting to live in New York. Once I settled there, I quickly fell in love with Brooklyn’s slower rhythm, sense of community, and creative energy, which became the foundation of this concept. I paired that inspiration with something I personally love, donuts, using them as a playful yet comforting anchor for the brand. Ultimately, I envisioned Brews & Glaze as a space where friendships can be built, a place that, much like the cafes my friends and I cherish, allows people to catch up, slow down, and feel connected in the middle of a busy city.
